No matter how fast or hard she runs, there are just some things she'll never get away from.
That carefree girl buried deep within her reflection mocks her, as if to remind her of what once was. She glimmers cruelly underneath lines carried in by years when she wasn't paying attention. Until one day, she hardly recognized the woman staring back at her. She is weary, tired of trying to flip wrongs that never would have been right but still they get the best of her.
Now she wonders if she'll ever be able to make peace with a life that owes her nothing. And as the lines get deeper, the years grow shorter, and she is still desperately seeking redemption.
